Hello! I need to position the newsletter section correctly, but I’m not finding how to do this. I would like to adjust the position by centering horizontally and vertically.

Hello,

Enable Elementor for static blocks, then edit the content of Footer. Provide temporary wp-admin access, via Private Content area, so we can assist you.
