I am using the vertical menu for the categories of my products. However, when I click on one of them, the resulting archive of products is all messed up. Also, If I just type the URL http://www.mysite.com/categories/product-category, the results are all messed up too. The weird thing is that this only happens if the category page is accessed from another page, a menu or from the URL search bar. If I first go to the shop page and then filter by category with the filters sidebar, it works perfectly. Actually, you can see that if you filter by category with the filter sidebar and then you copy the resulting URL and paste it, the results become messed up.
Hello,
Checked your site and don’t see problem https://prnt.sc/1sb15dh
Could you, please, provide a screenshot of the issue for better understanding?
Regards
It should look like this: https://prnt.sc/1sb2kkb
In this screenshot https://prnt.sc/1sb2a78 (same result as yours) You can see that the margins on top are off and all the sort by and grid filters are gone. Also the hero image is gone. It is as if the product grid sticks on top and hides everything else that was above (as you can see in the first screenshot I linked)
Then this one https://prnt.sc/1sb238s, it is the result of first accessing a category from the vertical menu or a URL and then clicking again in the same category from the sidebar. It is all messed up :(.
