Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for the problem.

Do you mean header for Mobile? When I login your site, I do not see the content of the header in Theme Options > Header builder > Mobile, as was mentioned https://prnt.sc/1sfj9b3 you need to add content there.
If you mean something else, provide screenshots, please, for a better understanding. Use Gayzo or Lightshot screenshot tools to make and share screenshots.

Theme options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On. Appearance > Widgets > check content of the Footer. Enable Elementor for static blocks https://gyazo.com/c44ec88c0bf24793ba441ffb5b5201c6 , then you will be able to edit the content of Footer static block, and so on.
