Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins (including cache plugins), that do not come bundled with XStore https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/ , clear cache of browser, and check then. Maybe one of the additional plugins is a reason for problems.

Did you make changes in theme files?

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.

Hello,

Enable Elementor for static blocks https://gyazo.com/c44ec88c0bf24793ba441ffb5b5201c6 , then you will be able to edit the content of Footer static block, and so on. Theme options > General > Enable Old Widgets Panel > On. Go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer area > select Footer static block.

Do you use CDN or server cache? Make sure that all cache is cleared.
Theme Options > Speed optimization > Menu Dropdown Cache > Off, Static Blocks Cache > Off, Menu Cache > Off
