You may use one-page navigation feature to do this.

Go to Appearance > Menus create menus with Custom Links to items with anchors, fill in URL (url to page with anchor) and Anchor fields, for example http://prntscr.com/cebhlb

Edit page and add Row ID for the section with scroll http://prntscr.com/cebi2x
Scroll down to Page settings and enable one-page navigation and choose your menu as Custom menu http://prntscr.com/cebig9

Do the same for the next page with section.

It means that slider was not imported during demo data installation. Please, import slider manually. You can find slider archive in theme package, in XML files/glasses folder. Then go to Revolution Slider > Import Slider and choose slider archive.

1) Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and change Catalog Images size to 300×600, because 150×300 I think is too small size for catalog product images and categories.

Don’t forget to Regenerate thumbnails after changes.

2) There is no special option to cahnge text seze. You can do it using custom CSS styles. Go to Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS and add custom code

3) At present your image is 300×300. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display and change Catalog Images size > Regenerate thumbnails after that.

Unfortunately, there is no individual custom product tab in XStore theme. The link you provided is from WooPress support forum.

To add the additional custom tab for product you may use additional plugins, for example https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-tab-manager/ or customize theme in case you have appropriate skills.

If you plan any additional customization use child theme. Child theme archive you can find in theme package.
