I have created small test menu and options works fine. Seems problem with big menu only. Try to increase max input vars limit maybe to 8000 or 9000.

We are able to provide support only for issues related strictly to our theme. That’s why you need to check if the problem is related to our theme only or to WooCommerce settings.
Install and activate official WooCommerce theme – Storefront. Then check if you have this problem. In case the problem persists with our theme only provide admin panel and FTP access. In case you have the same problem with official WooCommerce theme then check the WooCommerce settings or contact with WooCommerce support.

Hello,
Homer image is image that appears above the main image, that’s why we recommend to use images with the same size to avoid problem with incorrect displaying. You have displayed additional information at the top of main image block “Available on back-order”, that moves the main image to the bottom of block. Hover image is still at the top of the block. To fix issue you have you may add the following code in Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS
We would recommend to use child theme if you need to change any template files. If you change theme files without child theme then you woun’t be able to update the to latest version and it will cause problems in future.
That’s why if you changed any files, please, install child theme and move all the changed files in child theme.

What plugin do you use to implement this feature? If you use Product Addons by WooCommerce then you need to disable Ajax Add to cart option in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > disable AJAX add to cart option because this plugin uses POST method to add to cart and does not work with Ajax.
To check if problem is related to our theme enable official WooCommerce theme – Storefront and check.
Provide also admin panel and FTP access if problem persists with our theme only.
