Adding Call to action to every page and space between footer and call to action.

Hello,

As my site is almost finished I have a few things I cannot figure out.

1. As you can see on http://www.moxybowling.com/about-moxy I have added a call to action at the bottom. There is a white space between the call to action and the dark gray footer. I would like the call to action to be right against it with no separating white space.

2. I would like this call to action to be on ALL pages in the same spot. How can I achieve this without putting it on every page manually?

Hello,

1) Call to action VC element has default margin-bottom:35px http://prntscr.com/cddup1
Page content has default padding-bottom: 2.86em, that’s if you don’t need it just add margin-bottom for the last row -5.5em http://prntscr.com/cdduyg

2) You may use Prefooter widget area. I have created static block with “call to action” and added Static Block widget into Prefooter http://prntscr.com/cde5dg
