I noticed with your theme demo, the live chat option. I’ve used this with your Royal theme but don’t see it for XStore. Is there a reason for this? I don’t see this with the theme and was wondering if this is available?

Hello,

First of all, Live chat that came bundled with Royal theme is different from one that you can see on our site. Live chat on XStore support forum page and XStore demo is for support purposes of XStore theme and it’s not included in theme package. If you like it you may install it as third-party extension, here is official site https://www.intercom.io/

I understand they’re different. Being this is an e-commerce theme, might be a good idea to include one. There’s some free ones out there. Don’t think it’s worth $49-$79/m to use the one you recommended when there are many similar live chat plugins (like: https://wp-livechat.com) you only pay a one time fee for.

Hello,

We chose intercom app product because it suits all our needs. But you may choose any other plugin, there are variety of propositions. Everything depends on options you need.
