Mega menu not working for third item - by mirodre

Hi,

I have a problem with setting up mega menu on my page. I can set it up on first two items on web page, but when I tried set it up on third and next item it automatically change to “design”.
I don’t know why this happens. Can you help me with this?

Hello,

Mega menu option available for the 1-st level of menu, on your example it’s items VLASY, KADERNÍCTVO, KOZMETIKA, VIZÁŽ, NECHTY, ZDRAVIE. Check, please, if you tried to choose megamenu design for the first level item, not for the second (STAROSTLIVOSŤ etc) or third.

Or provide admin panel access and we’ll check your menu.

yes, I know, that it has to be on first level, but event of this it is not working.

Hello,

I can see the mega menu options for your first levels, for example http://prntscr.com/cc4wcp
But WP does not save changes. Very likely you have reached max input vars limit. Please try to change it to 5000 instead of 1000 http://prntscr.com/cc4x7s Contact your hosting provider if you don’t know how to do this.

Hello Olga,

thx for your replay. I tried to change input vars limit according to your recomendations, but it doesnt help. I still can’t set up menu type to Mega menu.

Hello,

I have created small test menu and options works fine. Seems problem with big menu only. Try to increase max input vars limit maybe to 8000 or 9000.

Check also server logs if there are any errors.

Hi,

I tried to increase input vars to 50000 and also checked php errors, but it doesn’t help. There is no error, and megamenu is still not working.

Hello,

If large menus does not work then only max input vars could be the reason. Have you changed them by yourself or asked hosting provider about this?

Did you use
```
max_input_vars = 3000
suhosin.post.max_vars = 3000
suhosin.request.max_vars = 3000
```
?

Can’t get access to your site anymore.
