Can't edit anything in 8theme options

Hi,

I cant seem to edit anything in the ‘8theme options’.
The buttons look weird, and when I click them they just become ‘colored’, but nothing happens.
I have included a screenshot.

Hope someone can help me.

Hello,

What browser and browser version do you use? Have you tried to edit Theme Options using another browser? Do you see the same error?

Hi,

I am using the latest version of Chrome. I’ve also tried the Microsoft Edge browser and tried my Iphone(Safari browser). They all give the same issue, so I don’t think it’s browser-related.

Ok. Then provide admin panel and FTP access in Private Content area. I’ll check what could be the reason of your problem.

Hello,

Seems problem is related to Full Background Image Manager WordPress Plugin plugin. I have disabled it and don’t see problem in admin panel anymore.

Also, it is not really possible that the background plugin was the issue…

I have another domain, with the same problem in the 8theme editor and I don’t have that plugin installed there.

Olga,

PLEASE undo EVERYTHING you may have done ASAP.

I can’t acces my pages anymore, I just get BLANK screens.
I can’t edit anything in the admin panel anymore, I just get BLANK screens.

I am not a professional, so the solution might be simple, but I have no idea how to fix this. I can’t continue working on anything like this, its setting me back on my schedule…

I hope you can help me asap.

Hello,

Problem caused by third-party plugins you use http://prntscr.com/cdcp7p
I have disabled third-party plugins. Check now. Please, enable them one by one to find out which one caused the problem.

One of your plugins is not compatible with our theme. Once you find which one, please, contact with plugin author to get help. Sometimes plugin or theme should be additionally customized to work properly together.
