There was a problem with your action on Theme options panel

I can not save any option in the theme panel. When I click the button save changes get the message:

There was a problem with your action. Please try again or reload the page.

Please help me

Hello,

Do you use any third-party plugins except included in our theme? Try to disable them and check Theme Options again. If it does not help, provide temporary admin panel and FTP access.

Hi Olga

Sorry for delay. I used fórum for common queries and find a lot of soltions.

I tested disable all the plugns but message still appear.

But this problem not solve. Apparently all work normal, only message appears when click save options on theme panel.

And now i have mistery on product page with WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts and WooCommerce Extra Product Options enabled, Apparently checkbox on plugin “change product price” not work. I suspect that is because of the custom product page for the theme maybe…
The guys of plug-ins are checking but not encounter solution yet. Perhaps your knowledge on the theme help us.

Hello,

Theme Options related to Redux plugin. We have created topic for plugin author (https://github.com/reduxframework/redux-framework/issues/3158). Once we get any response I’ll inform you.

About price issue. I have enabled default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and see the same issue. Suppose you need to contact plugin author to get help. We’ll be able to help you only in case problem appears with our theme only.

Thanks for response.
I have in contact with two plug-ins authors in moment… WooCommerce Dynamic Pricing & Discounts and WooCommerce Extra Product Options so finding a solution I notice you.

More one question about other plugin… WooCommerce Product Filter. in future i will use in the store
its use ajax filter on shop page. I use .products-loop on ajax wrapper class. Its work but when filter products the results appears with second image of products bellow first.

In Add i put “custom action” in Product Filter Shop/Product Archives Installation option for it does not load until i not find the solution.

Hello,

Plugin adds a link with additional image http://prntscr.com/d02j6k and you get it twice. I think plugin author will be more helpful in this case.
