Disable breadcrumb and the whole header disappears?

disable breadcrumb and the whole header disappears? that seems wrong to me. a breadcrumb is NOT a header. please eleborate on how we can remove the page title and page breadcrumb but keep the header (logo and nav)

Hello,

Go to Theme Options > General > Header Settings > Header overlap > OFF. When this option is enabled header overlap the content below. This option is useful when you are using breadcrumbs type with image. If you don’t want breadcrumbs then keep this option disabled.

I want the header to overlap. I don’t want breadcrumbs in the header. Only the menu.
Can I take out the breadcrumbs from the header without affecting the rest?
