If problem still persists then we need to check the settings and theme files to find out what caused the issue. Please, provide temporary WP admin panel and FTP access in Private content area. FTP access you can get from your hosting provider.
Problem was caused by class that you have added in slider settings http://prntscr.com/dxpoa5
How yous slider layers will be displayed on different devices you can adjust here http://prntscr.com/dxpot1

Unfortunately, it’s not possible if you use default type of hover effect. Choose the other type of hover effect in Theme Options > E-Commerce > Product Page layout. Also, I can make image clickable by additional customization if you won’t use either quick view or wishlist button on hover, then it’s possible to make image clickable.

to add that statick block content to the Newsletter window go to Static Block > open finance static block and copy block id https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/
After that go to Theme Options > E-Commerce > Promo Popup > add the following shortcode in content field [block id=”4632″] where id is your static block id.

Hello,
Unfortunately, there is no option to scale images for mobile only. I checked your site and see that you need to change WooCommerce images settings and it will help you a little.
Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Products > Display > Image Sizes > Catalog Images 345×345. After that go to Tools and regenerate thumbnails.
Also, after that I would recommend to use some image optimization services, kraken for example, and cache plugin.

Description is default woocommerce tab and unfortunately, there is no option to disable it in admin panel. Just don’t add full description for your product, leave the main description field empty.
If you already have main descriptions for your products and want to hide it without editing products you can use WooCommerce snippet to remove specific tabs https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/editing-product-data-tabs/snippet
All the changes should be made in child theme function.php to avoid problem with next theme update.
