Hello, i have installed the Xstore theme on http://www.royalhedge.nl also the demo files. but i get to see a white screen, + the plugins can not install:
De plugin does not have a valid “header” Downloading the install package… Download failed. Not Found

Hello,

Please, turn on debug mode in WordPress and ask your server providers to give you PHP error logs to better understand the problem.

I have the server log but i dont understand what is wrong. I just installed it the way it should nothing else, and i get this problems instantly..
Please help.

Try to disable plugins that fire these errors and check.

i did deactivate these errors..now this occurs..and like i said before: the plugins dont install..please help.

i see the notice that VC is not installed, i can not install it.. i guess the plugins arent installed well. i also can not see the demo installation, and these errors occur. Please help because i can not do anything…

If you have removed VC plugin and what to install it again you can find plugin archive here https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/

How to install plugins in WP you can find in WP documentation.
