1. Fixed. We used custom code to apply new color
2. Compare content comes in the iframe. Compare plugin has bg white in its style.css. We can’t change the iframe styles using child theme. Changes do not apply. So, change the bg color in plugin styles and keep in mind these changes http://prntscr.com/ink9qn .

3) If you have problems with translation of default WC pages to other language and use the third-party plugin to create the multilingual site you need to contact Polylang plugin support to get instructions how to translate pages using their plugin. We are able to help you if the problem is caused by our theme only. What does it mean? It means that if you use any default theme (Storefront, Twenty Sixteen etc) and you made translation and everything works fine but once you enable XStore you don’t see the correct translation. Then we’ll be able to help you. But if you can’t translate your site even with the default theme we can do nothing.

1) Do the backup of all your files and DB.
2) If you did any changes directly in template files move these changes into the child theme.
3) Make sure that WooCommerce plugin is 3.3 and higher. If not – update plugin. Then you can use auto update option (Dashboard > Updates > check for theme updates, choose theme and press update)
Also, we can update theme for you. Just provide me admin panel and FTP access to your site.

Product featured image and page featured image are little bit different things in our case. The product does not have the option to set the featured image, it uses the breadcrumbs image from Theme Options or Shop page image. Simple page breadcrumbs image use simple page featured image. The page does not show featured image by default that’s why we took it to show in breadcrumbs. If you want the separate option for the simple pages to upload breadcrumbs image it requires additional customization. I’ll pass this request to our developers but I can’t tell you the update when we will implement this.

1) Theme files that you sent in the first message are related to FaceBook login option. If you don’t use it you should not have problems.
2) Please, solve all the moments related to the plugins that you use. After that contact us again if you still have problems because of those files of out theme.
3) wp_woocommerce_session_ – session created by WooCommerce plugin, WC plugin use it because when users add the products to cart they should have them in cart even when they navigate to another page. Other cache plugins, for example, W3 Total cache adds _wc_session_ to the list of Ignored Query Strings.
