Theme not working, cant install demo , errors

Hello

I was needed handtools theme. But when i try to install this theme i got some errors. And i cant install demo content…

Hello,

Do you have Woocommerce plugin installed?
Please, make sure you have checked all the server requirements – http://prntscr.com/imz68b
Provide us with wp-admin and FTP access, so we can help you with the installation.

Woocommerce is installed (last version). Host checked for minimum requirements (ok)

when we tried to import simple xml file via Tools > Import > WordPress we got the following error http://prntscr.com/in3mjc
Please, contact your hosting provider, solve this problem and then reply us back. We’ll import demo content and Engineer version.

Or I try to install demo by myself. I need to delete all data and reinstall theme ? Or I can just try install demo in one clik (using theme options)

Ok guys host said after 10 minutes all be done ( max_execution_time=300 )

Very strange but can’t import page or content. Get “failed” every time. Anyway, I have created the tools layout manually. Let me know if you need anything else.
