Fatal error wc_get_loop_prop after Update

Dear Eight Theme Support,

Thanks for your theme first of all! great work!

Could you advise me how to handle this error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wc_get_loop_prop() in xstore/framework/woo.php on line 117?

i had updated the theme version to 4.19 and after that i could not see the products on shop page.

should i re-upload the xstore folder ?

Update the Woocommerce to its latest Version 3.3.1, it will fix the issue.

Hello laranz,

i have updated now woocommerce to 3.3.1 and it worked, i can see the products again.

But after the update i got 2 notifications see images:

Can i hit the woo commerce updater?
Can i update the loop version by my self?

Hi Mike,

1. For updater, please do so it won’t do any harm to the site, just some database field update after the new version of Woo.
2. For the template issue, did you add the pagination.php before? If so, just go to that file and update the template number in the top of the file, it will do the trick.

Hi Laranz,

i did not add the pagination.php before.

after hit the updater i get this error when i want to edit the store notice text:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 134217728 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 1048576 bytes) in /home/labazaar/www/fasnachts-bazar.li/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 1889

Hi,

It caused due to insufficient memory, please increase the memory allocated to PHP using this, https://codex.wordpress.org/Editing_wp-config.php#Increasing_memory_allocated_to_PHP

Dear Laranz,

I have changed php memory upload but it did not solve the problem:

xstore/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php version 2.2.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.1,

xstore/woocommerce/single-product/product-image.php version 3.1.0 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.2,

Hello,

You need to update theme to latest version that compatible with latest WC version (3.3.3) https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/63-theme-update

Hello,

i have now updated theme to 4.21
and my woocommerce version is also on 3.3.3

but i am still getting following notice from wordpress system status page:

xstore/woocommerce/loop/pagination.php version 2.2.2 is out of date. The core version is 3.3.1,

how to solve it?

Hello

You did the update as I did, by ftp. You will notice that in the new version of the theme there is no pagination.php file. in the xstore/woocommerce / loop folder.

To solve the problem I simply removed this file that remained in the previous version’s folder and everything returned correctly.

Do not forget to clear the cache.

Hello, @M

Yes, if you use FTP method to update theme you need to follow theme changelog https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/update-history/ and remove that file http://prntscr.com/in26tm
