1) If you like Underwear contact page and want to import it go to Theme Options > Import/Export > Additional pages import > http://prntscr.com/iydrf0

2) Looks like theme options were not fully imported. Can you provide me temporary Dashboard access to check?

3) Either disable WooCommerce Infinite Scroll and Ajax Pagination plugin (if you don’t want to have infinite scroll for products) or sett correct settings https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/woocommerce-infinite-scroll-and-ajax-pagination-settings/ (if you want to have it).

Problem caused by this style http://prntscr.com/iy3bju But it’s not the native code of the MA plugin. By default, they have 100% there http://prntscr.com/iy3c5a . Did you change plugin styles?

Hello,

We have checked this option with the official WooCommerce theme (every third-party plugin created for WC should work fine with the official theme!) and found that the same issue persists if you inspect the code but you don’t see it because default theme does not have styles for the error messages, our theme has styles. We have added custom CSS to remove the styles for that empty labels. Contact Dokan plugin author if you don’t want to have those labels in code.

Hello,

We have checked this option with the official WooCommerce theme (every third-party plugin created for WC should work fine with the official theme!) and fond that the same issue persists. And problem caused by Dokan plugin http://prntscr.com/iy2lgp it prevents deleting. Contact plugin author to fix this issue.

Hello,

To avoid this issue we would recommend you to use all the images with the same size no matter variation image or featured image and for all the products. Then you’ll get the nice grid and won’t have the problem with stretched images.

Unfortunately, Massive Addons elements were used for that version and other plugins don’t have the same elements. We’ll post the question in comments area again. You can do the same and ask when they plan to fix this issue and tell that you are waiting for the solution because it’s very important. We’ll do the same.

Hello,

The width of the product image in your settings should not be less than 300px for this size and grid type.

After these changes, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply them! You can use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this.

1) We have uploaded the new version of the plugin to the Downloads page, you can update plugin manually.
2) Make sure that CMB2 plugin is enabled, this plugin is required if you want to have additional page/post/product options.

There are many plugins to backup the site:
– All In One WP Migration
– VaultPress
– BackupBuddy
– BackWPup

The plugins mentioned above will backup your entire site, but if you’d like to export and backup just your Theme Option settings located in the Dashboard > Theme Options tab, then go to Theme Options > Import/Export > Options > download the export file. To import your backup Theme Options, find the “Import Options” section and click the “Import Contents From File” button and paste the contents of the .JSON file you’ve exported.

Hello,

Both errors related to PHP version that you use on your server, it’s 5.2. You have changed version via .htaccessto 5.6 but you get the error from time to time because of the changes in that file (when you re-save permalinks via WP Dashboard etc) and your code is removed.

Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to change the PHP version not via that file but via server settings.

1) I don’t know why your site is broken on mobile because changes that we need to make are related to breadcrumbs only and does not affect the mobile layout.
2) Have you disabled CDN or server cache? Because we can help you with breadcrumbs if you use it. We don’t see our changes and just lose time! Please, reply back only when you disable CDN or server cache and confirm that you have done it.
