1) I suppose you use some third-party plugin that caused this issue. Disable plugins that do not come bundled with our theme one by one to find out which one is the reason of the problem. Once you find it then contact plugin author to solve the problem.
2) Go to Theme Options > Styling > Custom CSS, find the following code
.product-information-inner {
padding-top: 5vw;
}
and delete it to remove the space.
We don’t have option to move that information below the picture but we have the option to make the image fixed (Theme Options > E-Commerce > Single Product > Fixed Image > On, fixed content option should be disabled if FI is enabled!), so when you scroll you’ll always see the image at the left side, for example like here https://www.8theme.com/demo/xstore/engineer/product/oscillating-multi-tool-kit/
3) What plugin do you use to add vendors? Can you provide me temporary admin panel and FTP access to find out?

By default in our theme if you have product title in page content then it’s disabled in breadcrumbs. If you want to show title in breadcrumbs (Show product name above the price option is off) then in the page content you have “product information” instead of the product title. Now you have product title twice http://prntscr.com/iyu031 because of your changes.

We have checked this option with the official WooCommerce theme (every third-party plugin created for WC should work fine with the official theme!) and found that the same issue persists if you inspect the code but you don’t see it because default theme does not have styles for the error messages, our theme has styles. We have added custom CSS to remove the styles for that empty labels. Contact Dokan plugin author if you don’t want to have those labels in code.

To avoid this issue we would recommend you to use all the images with the same size no matter variation image or featured image and for all the products. Then you’ll get the nice grid and won’t have the problem with stretched images.

The width of the product image in your settings should not be less than 300px for this size and grid type.
After these changes, you need to Regenerate Thumbnails to apply them! You can use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to do this.
