    Hello,

    1) Information about what your server is and what is FTP, FTP host, username and password you can get from your hosting provider. Video tutorial how to update plugin via FTP you can watch here https://youtu.be/JwgzKAQPRBo There are thousands of tutorials about this and we did not create the new one. Also, you can try to disable plugin, delete it and then go to Appearance > Install plugins and version of the plugin that you get after this installation will be the new one. But we would not recommend to update Revolution slider in this way because you can lose your sliders.
    If you want the auto update for plugins you need to buy the individual license https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins

    In case you have very big troubles with this we can update plugins for you but provide FTP access to your site.

    2) I see some js error in console. Please, provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to your site to find the reason of that error.

    Hello,

    We have checked product with the default theme and we were able to add to cart even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/be6340cd0cfc6b887a935649113d0e87
    The only difference was the cursor and button color. I have added the same styles as the default theme has.
    So, contact the plugin author about the problem.

    If you need only visual customization you can contact WPKraken team, probably they will be able to help you with this. Additional customization is not included in our basic support, unfortunately, so we won’t be able to help you with this, our developers don’t have the deal with the customization, only theme development.

    1) We have fixed warnings related to our theme files.
    2) These errors appear even when the Storefront (official WC theme) was enabled and all the plugins except WC were disabled http://prntscr.com/k8uyj0 So, contact WC plugin support to find out why you have these notices.
    2) Contact Pie Register author to fix this http://prntscr.com/k8v0mg
    3) WooCommerce Prices By User Role plugin causes the following notices http://prntscr.com/k8v1v3 Contact plugin author to fix it.

    We use WooCommerce function to display breadcrumbs and WooCommerce plugin defines what category appears there, so, contact WC plugin support to get the answer how their function select the category.

    CSS minification caused issue. Maybe one of the third-party plugins that you use or your custom CSS causes issue.
    Either keep option disabled or deactivate third-party plugins one by one, remove custom CSS to find out what exactly makes the problem with CSS minification.

    Hello,

    Yes, I meant most suitable for you cache plugin, we have installed W3 Total cache, WPRoket plugin also is very cool cache plugin but it’s paid. If you prefer Fastest cache and that plugin has the option to combine scripts you can use it. But only 1 cache plugin, don’t use all of them at the same time.

    Hello,

    Now Dashboard access is ok but FTP does not work:
    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Please, make sure that both Dashboard and FTP access works fine at the same time.

    As we know Stripe does not have subscriptions by default https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/stripe/ You need to use the additional plugin if you want to implement subscriptions. Our theme comes bundled with Subscriptio plugin. Do you use it to implement subscriptions or another plugin? Which one?

    Problem with breadcrumbs was fixed on your site, so you don’t need to wait for the update.
    1) As we told you in previous messages it’s because of the CloudFlare. Exclude wp-content/uploads/xstore/options-style.min.css from CloudFlare cache or enable CloudFlare only once you finish the site. Because Theme Options styles won’t work as it should. ThemeOptions create file options-style.min.css and update the content of this file after your changes. If you cache the file using CDN you won’t see changes, got it?

    Hello,

    Registration and contact form are 2 different things. You should not have Contact Form 7 plugin to make registration work. You can use that plugin if you want to create the custom contact form.

    To find out why your users do not get emails contact your hosting provider and check mail logs, make sure that main function works fine from the server side.

    You are welcome!
    I think yes, and don’t forget to save Theme Options after the update. Also, make the backup of the widgets that you use on the production site because widgets could be messed up after the update and you need to move them to correct widget areas after the update. Or you can just open widgets tab and don’t close it, open widgets again after update but in the new tab and compare results – if everything is at place.

    1) Provide temporary Dashboard and FTP access to fix the warnings.
    2) Edit footer static block and column settings > Design tab > remove border http://prntscr.com/k7w7p0
    3) It requires changes in template files. You can use child theme style.css file to place your custom instead of the Custom CSS field in the Theme Options if you want to minify your custom CSS.

    Hello,

    CSS does not crop images in classic meaning. You can use for example code below to limit the height of the products but I’m not sure if this is the very good solution because you need to choose the most suitable height for the very device and use media queries to apply different height for every device.
