Hello,
1.I can add products to the cart but when i go to the cart page its empty. If i skip to check out from the cart icon it will show me that there are products and i can check out but the cart page is empty.

2. How to change footer on mobile? I changed it on the pc but on the mobile version its still the old footer

Hello,

Thanks for the topic.
1. Did you make changes in template files? Do you use child theme? Do you have the same problem with parent theme activated on site?
Have you tried to disable all 3rd party plugins?
Please check if the problem related to custom changes in files or to one of additional plugins.
2. I do not see the problem with the footer. Please clear cache and check one more time or describe the issue in more details with screenshots.

1. I didnt do anything special it seems that it just happen one day… I didnt try to activate the parent theme because i dont know how…i will appreciate some help…

You removed cart shortcode from the cart page and it caused your issue http://prntscr.com/k7xqba
Once we added cart shortcode (default WC shortcode!) we can see the cart content http://prntscr.com/k7xr1y
