Hello,

We have fixed errors related to theme files, it was because of the PHP version that you use. Clear logs and check.

The WC_Customer::set_address function is deprecated since version 3.0. Replace with WC_Customer::set_billing_address appears even with the default theme. We can do nothing, we don’t use that function in xstore theme, you can search in files and check by yourself.

Hello,

We have installed Autoptimize plugin to reduce the number of requests to the server. We just tried cache plugin. We enabled W3 Total cache instead of Fastest cache and also have the normal results https://tools.pingdom.com/#!/bVAn8a/https://bomboniereroccaro.com/nuovo/

GTmetrix, as a rule, displays slower results than Pingdom, but Pingdom gives the more realistic situation.

Hello,

You can make a copy of the current site using Duplicator plugin or any other plugin or tool suitable for you. Once you get the installed copy of the current site go to Theme Options deactivate theme on the new site and activate it again using the new license (you won’t be able to get updates or install plugins if you don’t re-activate theme). Then go to Theme Options > Styling > Content > Dark version > On.

Hello,

We have enabled the default WooCommerce theme Storefront and don’t see any labels on the single product page http://prntscr.com/ka9249 or grid http://prntscr.com/ka92sc

So, the plugin works in this way even with the default WC theme, why should it work in a different way with our theme?

I think you need to contact plugin author, set correct settings and make it works with the default theme and then check if you have any issues with our theme after that.

You have a lot of custom CSS, use custom plugins and if you need help with your customization submit the request here. Our basic support includes only support for issues related strictly to our theme, not for the user custom styles. Sorry.

After WC 3.3.x update there is no option to crop single product image via options. If you want to do this you can try to implement it by additional customization https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/image-sizes-theme-developers/

Hello,

1) W3 Total Cache has options for the JS and CSS minification and combination.
2) If you have responsive problems when using W3 CSS minification option then you need to find out which plugin or your custom styles cause this issue because I suppose even if you change the plugin you’ll get the same issue once enable minification.

W3 Total cache does not help only for SEO because this is the plugin not for SEO, this is the plugin to speed up the site.

If you have the notices about the compatibility of third-party plugins with the new version of the WC then contact plugins authors with this question. We are theme authors and are not responsible for third-party plugins that you mentioned.

Besides, if you want to update WC plugin to version 3.4.x then you will need to update the theme to version 3.8.

Hello,

Problem was caused by Massive Addons plugin, not WPBakery. Seems your server is using mod_security or FastCGI handler for PHP. And the maximum body length limit caused issue. I have increased it from .htaccess file according to plugin author instructions https://codecanyon.net/item/massive-addons-for-visual-composer/14429839/comments?filter=all&page=79#comment_18501820 . NOw everything works fine, check, please.

According to the ThemeForest license policy, you can use 1 license for the 1 project. If the new copy will be the same project you can use the same license, if the new site will the different project then you need to buy the new license.

Uncategorized is the WordPress/WC default category that includes all the posts/products that were not added to categories. Our theme does not have any settings for this.

You can either move posts/products from that category to other categories or rename that category to something like General https://gyazo.com/d9948f9c3e77b73dc76bce905e559742

Problem was caused by old version of Massive addons plugin http://prntscr.com/k96uap I have updated plugin to version 2.3.3.
Clear server (Varnish) and browser cache and check the color picker again.
