I’m using Woocommerce and your Royal theme and one of my clients discovered a really serious issu, when trying to add a product that has variations to the cart.Site URL: https://montre-automatique.com Theme version: 4.6 WooCommerce version: 3.4.3
Did you make changes in template files? Do you use child theme? Do you have the same problem with parent theme activated on site?
Please provide us with temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
Thankk you for you quick reply. No, I haven’t made changes in template files, and yes I used child theme.
Please, find in the private content all informations you need to connect through FTP and Wp-admin.
We have tried FTP access to connect to your server and with the first hostname, we can’t connect, but with 2nd in www/wp-content/themes folder we face another list of themes as via admin panel. Please check.
Also, try to activate parent theme on site (check your widgets in Appearance > Widgets and make sure that you know where every widget is placed because they could be messed up after the switching the theme to parent and back to the child theme). If the problem will be solved, it meant that you need to check custom changes that were done in files of the child theme.
Your problem caused by your changes in child theme functions.php. Once we removed custom code site is ok. So, check the code that you have there.
Hi Olga, and thanks a lot for you help.
Does the code is currently removed or did you put it back?
Olso, do you know why my store now display 3 products per row instead of 4?
1) I put the code back.
2) Go to Appearance > Customizer > WooCommerce > Product page > check the number of products per row.
