Hello,

We would recommend you:
1) Use image as the background for the div and without text
2) Add text inside div with the custom class as we did http://prntscr.com/nazrkh
3) We have added custom code for the desktop and mobile versions to make the text size fix device, for example http://prntscr.com/nazsyt and http://prntscr.com/nazt70

Check and let me know if it suits your needs.

2) Because of your custom code http://prntscr.com/naz16b

Hello,

We are very sorry for this delay with the update. WooCommerce 3.6 will be available soon ( actually release date was 11 April as we know from WC dev site but it’s still not available ) and we want to release theme update after that to avoid problems with out of date files. We are sure that WC plugin update will be released soon and we’ll also release WooPress update after that. The new updated version includes Google captcha for contact form and registration page.

Hello,

We have made some changes in theme options (enabled single product gallery, disabled footer demo content etc) so don’t forget to import theme options (Theme Options > Import/Export) from staging to production after themes update http://prntscr.com/naynvj

Hello, @connexting

We have sent you email. Check and answer, please.

Hello,

1) If you want to inline add to cart buttons we would recommend you to use all the images with the same size or use crop option in Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product images. Also, product titles show be the same length. Or you may add the following custom to child theme style.css to limit product image height and title height

.product-content-image img {
    width: auto;
    max-height: 180px;
}
.product-name {
    min-height: 7.5ex;
    line-height: 2.5ex;
}

2) Are you talking about footer? Go to Appearance > Widgets > Footer and remove content you have there. We would recommend you to use Static Block option to create footer but don’t forget to enable WPBakery for the Static Blocks http://prntscr.com/nagk6n

3) Make sure that registration page exists https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/#registration_page + that registration is enabled in Settings > General

4) We did not test our theme with such plugins, so don’t have recommendations, unfortunately.

Hello,

Clear cache using https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clear-cache/cppjkneekbjaeellbfkmgnhonkkjfpdn?hl=en and let me know if you still have the problem after clearing. Try to check the site using another browser.

Hello,

Shop page was missing http://prntscr.com/na3l9y it caused your issue. Check now.

Regards

Hello,

1) Do you use default WooCommerce drop down or variation swatches?
2) Could you provide link to your product?

Regards

Hello,

1) We renamed and left old versions of the WPBakery and Revolution slider plugins but also installed and activated the latest version to test if problem is related to plugin version but it does not.

2) We found that problem with the Rev Slider is caused by your changes in our theme because once we activate the default theme Storefront everything works fine http://prntscr.com/n9zd18 . There are js errors once Legenda theme is activated http://prntscr.com/n9z7pm We would recommend you to move all your changes from parent them to child theme and then update parent theme to latest version + update WordPress. Child theme allows you to avoid loosing of your changes https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/ Don’t do any changes in plugin files because you won’t be able to update them and it will be a real problem in future and we don’t support theme and plugin with custom changes.

Hello,

Could you, please, check if you have any errors in server error logs and provide them? Because we can’t find what causes issue with the portfolio projects and don’t see problem with theme code.

Also, we found some redirect when we want to go to project links https://gyazo.com/b50a3ea51449a6206d98c7d1ffa8f65d
Link is changed and we get 404 page because it’s incorrect.

Hello,

Yes, we understand you but if problem appears even with the default WP theme it means that something is related to WordPress CMS and we can do nothing. We are theme developers, so we don’t monitor problems with the default WP options, only issues related strictly to our theme. We’ll be able to help if everything works fine with the default WP theme but problem appears once you enable XStore, but it’s not your case, unfortunately, you have the same issue with both themes. Check the WordPress forum, maybe you’ll find somebody with a similar problem there. You may also create the new topic there.
You may try the third-party search plugin and search widget but I’m not sure if it works correctly if the default WP search does not work as it should. But you may try.

Hello,

1) Point is that we also don’t see the difference in search results even if all the plugins are disabled and default WP theme is enabled https://gyazo.com/90c1a685c2e49e18fd71f4c27b28cb89
When all the plugins are enabled + XStore theme https://gyazo.com/dda6b636eaca4270484484928ec97ee7
Maybe this is some WP glitch, I’m not sure but our theme is not the reason of this problem as you can see.

2) The difference between the Ajax results and results that you get after pressing enter is that Ajax results display posts and pages in the different order than on the search results page when you press the enter button. We’ll check the order but it won’t solve the main problem – that search results page (no matter what theme and plugins are enabled) displays posts/pages that do not include the search keyword and we can’t help you with this because it’s not caused by our theme files.

You are welcome.
