    Hello,

    please help me.

I changed the background images in Revolution slider a few months ago and I wanted to change some images again but I can not.

The ‘change background image’ button is missing and the save button does not work at all.

I switched off all plugins except Revo slider but does not help. I use an older version of the theme and the slider but they worked fine together a few months ago and I dont update or upload anything obn the site.

I do not want to update the theme and plugin because I made some custom changes and it is too diffucult to set back again.

Can you check it please? Maybe there is a solution.

    Thank you in advance.

    Have a great day .

    Hello,

    1) We renamed and left old versions of the WPBakery and Revolution slider plugins but also installed and activated the latest version to test if problem is related to plugin version but it does not.

    2) We found that problem with the Rev Slider is caused by your changes in our theme because once we activate the default theme Storefront everything works fine http://prntscr.com/n9zd18 . There are js errors once Legenda theme is activated http://prntscr.com/n9z7pm We would recommend you to move all your changes from parent them to child theme and then update parent theme to latest version + update WordPress. Child theme allows you to avoid loosing of your changes https://developer.wordpress.org/themes/advanced-topics/child-themes/ Don’t do any changes in plugin files because you won’t be able to update them and it will be a real problem in future and we don’t support theme and plugin with custom changes.

    Regards

P.S. If you are afraid that you face problem after the update then create a staging site and update everything there. It will allow you to fix problems if they appear without affecting production. Once you test everything you’ll be able to update the production site.

    Regards
