Hello,
You can add the menu items with custom links but there is no option in our theme to filter products by the discount amount. Maybe if you find the plugin that allows you to implement filter by the discount price then you’ll be able to add that custom link to filtered products to the menu.
1) Add the custom class for the row where you want to add the shadow and then use this class to apply custom styles, .vc_custom_1564737984768 is randomly generated class of the WPBakery that will be changed once you re-save the row, don’t use it to apply changes.
If you still can’t implement this provide Dashboard access, we’ll check.
2) I don’t see custom loader on your site to find the reason of the problem.

That is the content of the top bar widget areas. Go to Appearance > Widgets > check the Left and Right top bar widget areas, probably one of them includes the menu element, remove it if you don’t want to have it.
Do you want to add “Shop now” button or simple link to header instead of that menu?

You can use Categories and button elements http://prntscr.com/ookho7 and then add custom classes for them to style according to our default layout because the default WPBakery element does not have the option to choose our design for the categories and button.
You changed the Dashboard access, so I can’t create an example of the custom styles.

Are you sure that you mean the plugin activation and not the theme activation http://prntscr.com/ookbd9 ? Theme activation is obligatory if you want to have access to demo data installation, to bundled plugins, to theme update.

You don’t have access to plugins only if you did not activate theme during theme installation or used the nulled copy of theme http://prntscr.com/ook6b9
If you use the legal copy and activated it after theme installation you won’t have any problems with installation of bundled plugins.

Hello,
Looks some fatal error appeared on your site. Provide FTP access to your site to enabled WP debug and check what’s happened.
Link that you provided is link to cPanel it’s not the FTP host.
Also, the username is also strange and it works neither for the cPanel nor FTP if we use the domain as the hostname.
We were able to make changes in files using Dashboard but don’t see changes because you are using CDN cache and cache plugin. Please, clear plugin cache and Cloudflare CDN cache and check the home page again. Let me know if tabs wors ok after that.

1) I would suggest you to use Yoast SEO plugin instead of All in one seo pack. Then you’ll be able to manage SEO product/page descriptions, images etc http://prntscr.com/oogata
2) We are not Master slider developers and we don’t know why uBlock Origin blocking the slider images. You may submit request about this to Master slider developers but you need to buy an individual license for the plugin in this case https://codecanyon.net/item/master-slider-wordpress-responsive-touch-slider/7467925 . Or use Revolution slider instead of the Master slider, it works fine, check the home page.

If that plugin helps you it means that the problem is not related to our theme. Probably there is some vulnerability in the default WP login page because you are not the one who has this issue https://wordpress.org/support/topic/how-to-stop-so-many-spam-new-user-registration/
So, I just would recommend you to keep the plugin enabled to prevent spamming.

You are using All in One SEO Pack Plugin, so the option “Disable default Open Graph meta tags” should be ON (Theme Options > General http://prntscr.com/oniuau ) In other case og:description tag takes page excerpt that includes modified by text. Try now.
