    Looks that problem is related to some layer of the revolution slider, it’s using the http link to image to our demo content. Provide us with temporary Dashboard access to your site to check the Revolution slider settings and help you to remove that image.

    Hello,

    Both theme and core plugin should be up to date. The updated theme won’t work without the correct version of plugin, the same for the plugin. That’s all.
    So, next time before the theme/plugin update check the theme changelog and make if you need to update theme only or theme+core plugin.

    Hello,

    Try to switch to default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) and check if you have the same problem with the cart when the storefront theme is enabled.

    There is no such option by default. You can either look for third-party plugin that will allow you to implement this or by additional customization using the WooCommerce hooks https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-single-product-page/

    Hello,

    Default newsletter popup http://prntscr.com/oukifu does not have the option to add link, you can just manage the content via Theme Options > Promo popup > Popup content.
    If you just need to add the link to any page in the top bar go to Appearance > Widgets > add the custom HTML widget to Left/Right top bar widget area with the necessary link.

    After any changes of the styles in Theme Options:
    1) Clear the plugin cache: Settings > WP super cache > clear cache

    Probably you missed installation of the Redux plugin that is required after 6.0 update. I have updated theme and installed all the required plugins and don’t see the problem.

    Sorry for the delay in answering. Yes, filesystem => direct is required if you want to install plugins and child theme using setup wizard but you can also skip setup wizard and do this manually from Appearance > Install plugins and Appearance > Themes > add new, after that import demo content via XStore > Import Demos.
    ‘ssl_version’ is required to activate the theme using the purchase code because only after that you’ll able to install plugins and import demo content.

    Found it. We checked the main site, not the subdirectory first time. I don’t see a fatal error, notices were caused by old version of Ultimate Addons plugin. Don’t see problems with our theme.

    Seems you missed my previous answer. We removed our custom option BUT enabled support of the default WordPress option to add the favicon:

    Or maybe you are talking about the order of the list of product categories for the categories widget http://prntscr.com/oteewr ?
    Then go to Appearance > Widgets > Shop filters area > choose the category order http://prntscr.com/oteflw

    Rename and remove these files from your installation on your server and re-upload them from the new archive. These files in our archive have 644 permissions, normal permissions for the files.

    How did you add custom font on your site? Did you use our custom font option? What formats of the font have you uploaded? Do you have a problem with different PC or maybe different browsers (Safari, Chrome, FF)?
    Provide link to page and tell me what element use the custom font, provide screenshot for better understadning?

    1) We don’t see our theme in the list on the installed themes on that site. Provide us with access to the site where you have our theme installed.
    2) If you want to use the latest version of our theme then don’t forget to update WooCommerce plugin to the latest version 3.7.
    3) If you check the fatal error you’ll see that problem comes from third-party plugin http://prntscr.com/ot2y7c try to disable this plugin and check if the error disappears.
