I have setup the theme via the wizard and after completely installing all the needed plugins and the demo, the front end pages appear to be all blank. Then WordPress was also upgraded to the latest version.

With the debug mode turned ON, I can see some errors/notices (see screenshot: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1bayvgntL70fWeyy1zFRCoD_lhmPzpGc8). The problem is the site does not seem to work normally since the theme is activated and there is no way for me to edit any post/page at the backend.

Can you provide insight as to what is causing this and fix the errors.

    Hello,

    1) We don’t see our theme in the list on the installed themes on that site. Provide us with access to the site where you have our theme installed.
    2) If you want to use the latest version of our theme then don’t forget to update WooCommerce plugin to the latest version 3.7.
    3) If you check the fatal error you’ll see that problem comes from third-party plugin http://prntscr.com/ot2y7c try to disable this plugin and check if the error disappears.

    Regards

That’s odd. I currently have “XStore | Responsive Multi-Purpose WooCommerce WordPress Theme” installed as a child theme. Are you not seeing that on your end?

    Hello,

Found it. We checked the main site, not the subdirectory first time. I don’t see a fatal error, notices were caused by old version of Ultimate Addons plugin. Don’t see problems with our theme.

    Regards

Hello. it doesn’t look like my previous message went through as I’m not seeing it in the thread. Apologies if this is a repeat.

We’ve disabled the plug-in that you mentioned may be causing the issue and the problem still persists. For some reason, we are unable to edit any pages using the WPBakery Editor. Please refer to this screenshot: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1Z9SuetkByYKoOnJcqy1vTdi-M-hP3s0W.

The green box is not clickable as it should be. Do you know what could be causing this issue?

    Hello,

Try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and check if you can edit element after that. If it helps then enable third-party plugins one by one and check the page editing after every plugin to find out which one is the reason of your problem.

    Regards
