Theme Setup - by logonsoftware - on WordPress WooCommerce support

    Hello,

    I installed the theme theme in my dashboard but on top it showing in red that:

    1) “Attention!
    Royal Core plugin requires the following theme: Royal
    v6.0.0 or higher.”

    2) demo data are not showing on front end. And I am also
    not able to install suggested plugins…

    3) 1 more thing Slider is also not working. and even I am
    not able to import data.

    4) Edit option is not showing on front end which is
    generally on top of the pages/posts.

    Please help me in this.

    Hello,

    Please make sure that credentials are correct – http://prntscr.com/otgkkr
    We have submitted the update (v6.0) for the Royal theme and waiting for the approval. Meanwhile, the new version is available via auto-update (Dashboard > Updates > Check updates button).
    Provide correct wp-admin and FTP access. Let us know which demo version do you want to install on the site.

    Please check new credentials.

    And theme update option is not showing in my dashboard.

    And what do you mean by “We have submitted the update (v6.0) for the Royal theme and waiting for the approval.” , please elaborate.

    We need FTP access (host, username, password, port), not cpanel.
    https://prnt.sc/othl8o – it means that the new version of the Royal will be available on ThemeForest soon.

    I’ve downgraded version of the Core plugin on your site.
    Once the update will be officially released on ThemeForest you will be able to update the theme and Core.
    Let us know if you need any further assistance.

    Hello,

    After I updated the theme all changes went wrong. Demo data are not coming on front end…Please check once and also showing errors on dashboard like:

    “ATTENTION!
    This theme version requires the following plugin Royal Core to be updated up to 1.1.0 version..

    It’s quite urgent.

    Check now. Both (themes and plugin) are up to date. Demo content installed. Let me know if you need help with anything else.

    Hello,

    Both theme and core plugin should be up to date. The updated theme won’t work without the correct version of plugin, the same for the plugin. That’s all.
    So, next time before the theme/plugin update check the theme changelog and make if you need to update theme only or theme+core plugin.
