Custom font doesn't show on some laptops

    Hi, I have a custom (non-web) font and on some laptop it does show and on some it doesn’t. Can I do something about that?

    Hello,

    How did you add custom font on your site? Did you use our custom font option? What formats of the font have you uploaded? Do you have a problem with different PC or maybe different browsers (Safari, Chrome, FF)?
    Provide link to page and tell me what element use the custom font, provide screenshot for better understadning?

    I will check with which browsers it’s not working.

    Hello,

    Try to upload fonts with the same name but other formats TTF and WOFF in addition to existing one. Maybe you check the site using old versions of browsers that do not support OTF format. We use the latest versions of browsers and don’t see any issues with your custom font http://prntscr.com/oy3tu2
