Cart not working on iPad and iPhone - by rair

    The add to cart function doesn’t seem to be working with the latest theme version on iPad and iPhone.

    All non-essential plugins are deactivated and all others are fully up-to-date when I tested this.

    System status is ok too.

    Is anyone else having the same issue?

    I do not see the problem on your site https://prnt.sc/osy83m ? On which page the problem persists?
    You are using WooCommerce 3.7.0 version https://prnt.sc/osy9aj , so the Legenda theme should be updated to 4.1 version http://prntscr.com/osy5dj https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/legenda/Theme_Update.html

    Did you view the cart after this? There won’t be anything in it.

    Still doesn’t work… the cart has no products in it!

    No matter what we use an emulator or real device we don’t see problem:

    What version of the iPhone did you use? Could you provide us the video of the problem for better understanding of your actions?

    Hello,

    Try to switch to default theme – Storefront (Appearance > Themes) and check if you have the same problem with the cart when the storefront theme is enabled.

    Hello.

    It seems to be working ok on my clients device now, so it may be an issue with my iPad as it’s now very outdated.
