May I ask why the icon of mail faded away from the email and became colorless?

Provide temporary wp-admin access, so I can take a closer look.

Clear CDN cache, browser cache and check again.

We are theme support, the Cloudflare CDN is not a part of our theme.
I would recommend you to contact the Cloudflare support, they will be able to help you to sort out with CDN cache functionality, settings, clearing.
