1) I tried to buy a subscription and did not face the mentioned issue. Could you, please, provide us with a video of the problem. Also, make sure that the email that you try to use is not already registered in the Users area.
2) Subscription means scheduled payments. So, the user should have the account to get these scheduled orders and access to the subscription that he bought. Don’t you think so?

If you want to add more widgets to shop sidebar go to Appearance > Widgets > add the necessary widgets to the Shop sidebar widget area.
2)
I want to change the whole website color from yellow to another how can I do that
Header colors you can change from Theme Options > Header builder > edit the header bg color and cart/wishlist q-ty bg color. To change the yellow color of the price, some borders go to child theme style.css and change the –et_active-color variable.
To change the yellow colors of the buttons on the home page edit the page content and manage the buttons elements.

Our theme or WooCommerce plugin does not have filter by category widget. There is only Product categories list widget. You can add that to the Shop sidebar in Appearance > Widgets.
If you need filter by categories you need to look for the third-party filter plugin that has such filer widget.
