I think you need to solve the issue with the sidebar with the plugin author because problem is not related to some compatibility, they just use code to remove sidebar https://prnt.sc/s5pkau Don’t know why they do this but it’s fact. So, contact them to clarify why do they remove the sidebar on the shop page and fix it.
We can’t remove that code from our side because you will get it again once update plugin.

Problem is related to SG Optimizer plugin. It looks that plugin blocks files or something and customizer does not work. Try to disable caching and optimization for the admin user in plugin settings or disable plugin while editing site using the customizer.
