I don't see checkout IF set Quick Checkout or Default in options theme

when I go to the options of the theme> Shop> Checkout page>
Choose the design type of the tabs. and set Quick Checkout or Default, nothing appears on the site page. everything disappears. can you help me please? thanks

As I can see, the Quick Checkout is selected http://prntscr.com/s65e03 and the page can be seen – http://prntscr.com/s65e5q
Please describe the problem in more detail.

caution the theme is installed in the folder:
public_html / OLD /

Hello,

It seems that problem is caused by Facebook Comments by Fat Panda plugin. Once we disable the plugin everything works fine.
