    Hello,

Yes, you can enable Elementor and create pages one by one.
Header builder does not depend on page builder.
Did you create footer using Static Blocks?

    Regards

    Hello,

Check now. I have created footer using default widgets instead of the Static Block to implement toggles. Footer content created using Static Block does not support this feature.

    Hello,

Use Private content area to provide private information http://prntscr.com/s931w6 In other case all the users will have access to your credentials.
    Be attentive next time!
Could you also tell me where do you want to add that counter? On what page?

    Hello,

    1) We need link to your WP Dashboard, username and password of the user with admin permission to allow us to check the backend setting. You may create the user via Dashboard > Users and remove it once we finish. Keep in mind that we need access to all the settings while creating user and choosing the user role.

    2) Contact your hosting provider. Hosting provider should know what FTP is. We need FTP host, FTP user, FTP password to connect to your server and check theme/child theme files.

Use Private content area to provide this information http://prntscr.com/s931w6

    Hello,

Take our apologies for this inconvenience. It seems that the fix of this issue causes a problem with another option. Our developers need more time to find a good solution, completely new that won’t cause problems with other elements.

    Hello,

Ok, no problem. But all the optimization options for our theme you can find in Theme Options > Speed Optimization > it allows to disable some modules that probably you don’t use and enable styles optimization. We don’t have any other ways to speed up the site. All the other things are related to enabled plugins, server and customer content (images optimization etc).
If you need help of the optimization experts you may contact the WPKraken team because theme support does not cover individual site optimization.

    Hello,

It’s not related to theme. Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Shipping options and change shipping options according to your needs https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/configuring-woocommerce-settings/#section-13

    Hello,

Go to Pages > edit your home page > edit slider element settings and reduce the slider height for the mobile devices according to your needs http://prntscr.com/s8w9to or use Revolution slider to get advanced control over the mobile settings for the slider layout (Appearance > Install plugins > Revolution slider)

    Hello,

Oh, probably you are using old version and don’t have single product builder. Provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to check why your grid does not work and update theme to the latest version and enable single product builder.

    Hello,

I see. If you want to add some text at the checkout page then you can try to implement this by additional customization using WooCommerce hooks https://businessbloomer.com/woocommerce-visual-hook-guide-checkout-page/
Because we don’t have options to add information at that place on the checkout page.

    Hello,

1 – Missed that. Check now.
2 – We have replaced your png image by svg icon http://prntscr.com/s8vwly because it caused that issue. If you want any other icon then edit the header and the Account element and paste your SVG code.

    Hello,

I see. Then use custom CSS to hide the button (Theme Options > Custom CSS)

    .add_to_cart_button, div.quantity {
        display: none;
    }

    Hello,

I have removed Elementor plugin because checked your pages and found that you don’t use Elementor for any page, all the pages were created using WPBakery page builder. So, I thought that you installed it by mistake just because we added compatibility with Eleemntor and included it to the recommended list. But it’s not recommended to use 2 page builders at the same time because 1) they may conflict and 2) of course slow down the site because every additional plugin calls additional scripts and styles.
Anyway, if you need any of the bundled plugins you can install it from Appearance > Install plugins.

It seems that WooCommerce Conditional Product Fields at Checkout plugin does not support cache plugin modification. I have added checkout page to the exclusion http://prntscr.com/s8sxz3

Did you test your site speed with the default theme, Storefront for example? Our theme is fully optimized and supports minification, combination but you use 42 plugins and it seems that many of them are not optimized. So, don’t think that our theme is the reason of your problem because even the backend of your site is slow (our theme does not affect backend and works with frontend only).

Take my apologies that I installed cache plugin (W3 Total cache) without your confirmation. You can disable it and remove it if you don’t need or want to use any other cache plugin.

    Hello,

It seems that color came from Redux plugin options. I have disabled and removed that plugin because our theme does not need it anymore, we migrated from Redux long time ago.

    Hello,

Catalog mode won’t hide the price. It will just hide the add to cart button. Also, don’t forget to edit the header(Theme Options > Header builder) and remove the cart element from the header if you don’t need it.

    Hello,

Then we would recommend you to use Custom grid + WPBakery grid builder for the shop (1) and single product builder for the single product (2).

    1) a) Go to WPBakery > Grid builder > create your custom grid template for the product card https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/grid-builder/?q=%2Fvideo-academy%2Fgrid-builder%2F&v=9025a1ae8c64
    b) Once you finish your product card go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Product Style > Product Content Effect > Choose Custom grid template http://prntscr.com/s8s5sb

    2) Go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Single Product builder > enable it and compose your single product layout.

    Hello,

Do you plan the shop page like the menu list? Something like we have here https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/spa/our-services/ ?
Do you want to remove the product image for both grid and single product page?
We would be grateful if you provide us with temporary WP dashboard access to help you immediately after your answer.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, there is no auto-convertor from WPBakery to Elementor. You need to recreate pages manually. You can install both plugins and create pages using Elementor one by one. Once you create all the necessary pages then edit your menu and add them to your menu instead of pages created by WPBakery. After that you’ll be able to remove all the old WPBakery pages.

    Hello,

You did not change the mentioned limits! http://prntscr.com/s8p7fc and your error related to this https://prnt.sc/s8p8vn
Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to change the Maximum execution time to 120 or more if you have such many products. Also, ask to check the PHP memory limit because this is not correct value http://prntscr.com/s8pjjk and WooCommerce displays that you have only 51Mb of the PHP memory http://prntscr.com/s8pjru
