1/ CSS print method allows choosing if your CSS will be included as an independent stylesheet (recommended) or on each page.
When the External File CSS print method is selected, every change of the styling in a post/page is saved to an external file, like this:

Maybe you have a problem with file permissions so Elementor cannot write to your library the CSS files. So, contact your hosting provider to check and solve this issue in you want to use that method.

Child theme is a custom theme that inherits the parent theme styles and functions and allows you to overwrite styles if you need or make additional customization without losing these changes after parent theme update. I have disabled WP Mega Menu Pro plugin because it applies its own styles for the menu.
To create Legenda mega menu:
Step 1: Add the necessary menu items/subitems to your menu http://prntscr.com/s7j68n
Step 2: Save menu
Step 3: Open the 1st level menu options and choose the Mega menu in the settings and the necessary number of columns. Choose the images if you want to show any image on background.
If you want to show image in column then add custom link menu items, hide menu title, choose design type Image and upload image http://prntscr.com/s88cgi
Check the men and women menus as examples.
Also, if you plan a lot of menu items we would recommend you to increase max input vars limit to 3000-5000 because you may fave problem that menu settings do not save because of your existing limit (1000).

Are you talking about this bg http://prntscr.com/s871qs Sorry, but it’s your image, it’snot related to theme. Use the graphic editor (Photoshop or similar) to cut the image and change bg color. After that upload changed images to your media library and choose them for your products.
You can create Static Block with Products element and choose Recently Viewed type http://prntscr.com/s86und
After that edit your product and choose the newly created custom block http://prntscr.com/s86u27 to show it on the single product page.

1) Coud you, please, provide me screenshot of product categories with the png images and bg color that you want to remove. Because product categories on the front page are jpg images with bg http://prntscr.com/s86iz5
2) Add the following code to Theme Options > Custom CSS to remove the black bg color for the popup
Contact person who added that function to child theme functions.php or remove it. We aren’t responsible for changes made by the user (or his developer) in the child theme. We are responsible for parent theme code.
2) You can disable the extra option “Categories” but there is no way to disable the main mobile menu. You can only remove the element but then you won’t have any menu for the mobile.

Hello,
1) What page editor do you use? Because I can see that you installed both WPBakery and Elementor. Because they conflict if you use both and it cause issue with the swiper slider.
2) Upload featured images for your posts. It looks that posts with missing images display loaders.
