Need help with border color and height space

Hello:

Please help me figure out the two following problems (see image):

Red arrow:
I want to change the blue color of the menu border, but I do not know where to do it.

Purple arrow:
I want to change the vertical gap between the top of the letters and the bottom of the slider, the letters are too close to the bottom of the slider, again I do not where to change.

There is custom CSS code http://prntscr.com/s8hkd1 This part of code doesn’t come with versions import, so I suppose you added these styles somewhere, please check.

My question was, can you tell me how to get to that custom CSS? So that I can see it? I do not know how I changed the color, this theme came with a “pencil” plugin. I did not like that plug in. I deleted the plugin. I guess I must have changed that color, but now I don’t know where that CSS is. Please help me.

Hello,

It seems that color came from Redux plugin options. I have disabled and removed that plugin because our theme does not need it anymore, we migrated from Redux long time ago.
