We have hidden some products and after clearing the cache those don’t show up in the search results anymore. But the same products still appear in the Ajax search results.

Where are those store/cached or how do we get them do heed the hidden status?

    Thanks in advance
    Michael

I already wrote that we cleared the cache, naturally.

    Hello,

Thanks. What about FTP? We need access to theme and core plugin files to fix the problem.

    Regards

    Hello,

Sorry for the delay in answering.
We can’t see our changes, even after cache clearings, so we reverted them back.
Please make sure that access was provided to the correct destination place, or if you are using CDN, disable it temporarily so we can see the effect of changes in files.
    Waiting for your reply.

    Regards

    Hi Rose,

please excuse my own delay in answering now, I was preoccupied with other projects. The details given are correct and you should “see” your changes. We have Zend OPcache installed, so that might be the reason you don’t see code changes. For your convenience I have installed a plugin to clear the OPcache (“Flush PHP OPcache” in the admin bar).
    Best regards
    Michael

    Hello,

Recreated header using header builder. We found that the issue appears for the header templates only and everything works fine with the builder.

    Regards
