    Hi,

    I am finding my store extremely slow when changing pages and & also before the latest update my product images on the shop page loaded fine, they now do not load unless the image optimisation is the default rather than lazy, if set to default I can only go forward and not back in my pages to view products

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello,

    FTP does not work:
    Error: Connection timed out after 20 seconds of inactivity
    Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

    Please check the credentials. What port should be used?

    Regards

    Hi,

    Please can you advise if your experts have managed to get into the FTP as you have not let me know.

    Also is there any update on this & when this is likely to be resolved?

    Kind regards

    Hello,

    We have fixed problem with images and also installed cache plugin to speed up your site.
    Speed is not bad now but you could improve it if you fix the moments related to your server settings (Compress components with gzip, Add Expires headers) and reduce the number both the third-party plugins because there are a lot of scripts on your site http://prntscr.com/s8p3qs

    Hi,

    I am not totally sure what you have done to my site, whether it be plugins you seem to have deleted (without consent) or what. However there is still an issue!!!

    There is now a continual loading bar when on the checkout page under ‘Email address’ – for the billing details & when selecting deliver to a different address ‘Country / Region’.

    I have not made any changes here, therefore this most have been something you have done as you have also installed plugins without my consent, which I am far from happy about.

    Appreciate this is the support, however it is good practice to check this is ok before doing so not at any point have I given authority to do this!!

    Hello,

    I have removed Elementor plugin because checked your pages and found that you don’t use Elementor for any page, all the pages were created using WPBakery page builder. So, I thought that you installed it by mistake just because we added compatibility with Eleemntor and included it to the recommended list. But it’s not recommended to use 2 page builders at the same time because 1) they may conflict and 2) of course slow down the site because every additional plugin calls additional scripts and styles.
    Anyway, if you need any of the bundled plugins you can install it from Appearance > Install plugins.

    It seems that WooCommerce Conditional Product Fields at Checkout plugin does not support cache plugin modification. I have added checkout page to the exclusion http://prntscr.com/s8sxz3

    Did you test your site speed with the default theme, Storefront for example? Our theme is fully optimized and supports minification, combination but you use 42 plugins and it seems that many of them are not optimized. So, don’t think that our theme is the reason of your problem because even the backend of your site is slow (our theme does not affect backend and works with frontend only).

    Take my apologies that I installed cache plugin (W3 Total cache) without your confirmation. You can disable it and remove it if you don’t need or want to use any other cache plugin.

    Hi,

    I am currently going through the plugins and deactivating what isn’t needed. The site is currently in development, therefore things are enabled as a result of that and will be disabled when the functionality of the site is up and running…things will be disabled once it is known what is needed.

    Hello,

    Ok, no problem. But all the optimization options for our theme you can find in Theme Options > Speed Optimization > it allows to disable some modules that probably you don’t use and enable styles optimization. We don’t have any other ways to speed up the site. All the other things are related to enabled plugins, server and customer content (images optimization etc).
    If you need help of the optimization experts you may contact the WPKraken team because theme support does not cover individual site optimization.

    Hi,

    I have disabled & deleted some more plugins and got this done to 33, unfortunately trying to build an e-commerce store not everything is included as default and there are a number of plugins & not just one suite.

    I have also optimised with my providers CDN tools on the hosting platform and all seems to be faster, please can you advise the site you were checking everything on so that I can continue to use this and monitor?

    Hi,

    I believe I have managed to improve the overall performance here.

    I do just have one more thing I would like to ask. When you look at the shop page, the ‘Add to Cart’ select option buttons are all different heights. I seem to think this is because of the names of the products, there any way to resolve this so that they are all the same height without having to change product names?

    This is currently the only issue I now have.

    Kind regards

    All images uploaded as product images should be 1000×1000

    Hello,

    Sorry for the delay in answering.
    1) You can manage min-height of the product titles using the following custom

    .content-product .product-title a {
        line-height: 2.5ex;
        min-height: 5ex;
    }

    but take into account that some of your products have the variation colors, other – not. It also affects the height of the product in general. So, you may disable product color using theme options if you want.

    2) Don’t understand your message about images. If you want to use product images 1000×1000 you need to create them, at this moment it’s smaller as I can see http://prntscr.com/sc4wrn . What advice do you need from our side for this?

    Hi,

    Apologies, I thought all the images were 1000 x 1000 in size…however the product pages are not the issue, it is the shop pages, so I’m confused why the screenshot is of a product page.

    I have used the custom you have advised with a tweak of 6ex opposed to 5ex as it wasn’t correctly aligned & have disabled the variations

    Thanks
