Are you talking about home page header? I suppose you edited the wrong header. Organic cosmetics demo uses the multiple headers (home page header with enabled overlap option and default header for all the other pages). Watch the video tutorial on how to work with the multiple headers https://youtu.be/BpeXfzNwkOc You can edit or remove it if you think that you don’t need the overlap effect on the home page.
The shipping options appear if you fill in your billing address and I don’t see the issues checking your site using Safari once added the billing address. If I don’t add the billing address I don’t see the shipping options even in the desktop version of chrome http://prntscr.com/sjt076 and it’s normal.

When you checking the slider on the mobile device that is smaller http://prntscr.com/sjskg2 than the grid you set in the slider settings https://prnt.sc/sdbfts then slider area is proportionally resized (480×550 => 375×430) and image layer fits the width of the screen and the pieces that are out of these proportions are cut off.

There are 2 options that manage number of products per row:
1) At the shop page (Customizer > WooCommerce > Product catalog )
2) At the product category page Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop > Shop page layout > Number of products per row for the category.
So,
a) Let’s clarify what number of products you want to show for both: 3 or 4 because it seems that I did not understand your question from 18 May correctly.
b) Provide us with the correct WP Dashboard password to check the settings and find the reason of your issue If you already set the correct number of products per page for both but still have the issue.
