When the product is searched and the price filter applied it seems to work until the select all feature is used. Then the filter is not utilized. It seems to me that the filter settings should be stored in a cookie and reapplied based on search.

Regarding the search, when a product is searched for the price range is $0-0, is there a fix for this?

I must admit that the last time I updated the site with the latest versions of xstore it broke the site. Have you changed it in sucha fashion that the child theme breaks as well?

    Hello John,

Sorry, but your question is a bit unclear for me.
Please describe it in more details with screenshots, URL, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access.
Lightshot Screenshot tool https://app.prntscr.com/en/index.html makes screenshots and generates links then you can provide links of screenshots here.

    Regards

In order for the filters to work properly do the products need to have teh categories setup in a specific fashion?

    Hello,

    1) I did not face mentioned issue https://gyazo.com/2ec2fbdfda04d57d6d99fbedb971bcb8 All the prices are ok after filtering

    2) Provide screenshot, please, for better understanding. By default, our theme does not have such kind of messages. Maybe you use some third-party plugin that adds this? Did you try to disable third-party plugins and check if you still have the mentioned message?

    Regards

    Hi John,

Sorry, for the long delay in answering.
Try to disable third-party plugins and check if one of the plugins affects the search/filters results.
If this is not affected by plugins, describe step by step what should be done to see the problem, and what behavior is desired.
Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

    Regards

The interesting thing is that the default filters from woocommerce work based on the original cost and the screen still shows 0 dollars

    Please contact administrator

    Hello,

You are using out of date versions of the WooCommerce plugin, our theme and many other plugins. Could you, please, update them first and then reply back. We’ll take a closer look at your issue. Because out of date version of the plugins could be the reason of your problem.

    Regards

    Hello,

Oh, I don’t know what files you edited in the child theme. In this case it would be better to create staging website and update theme, plugins there first. Also, we will probably need to switch themes (between storefront and our theme to test if the issue is related to theme files or not) and it will be better if we could work on the staging site than on production.

    Regards
