Could you try to disable all the third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme and then enable them one by one to find ou which one is the reason of the problem? Or please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to check it in more detail and help you ASAP.

1) Did you try to disable third-party plugins (especially Clever portfolio plugin) that you use and check if the issue still persists after that?

2) Did you try to enable any other default theme Storefront for example and check if you have the same problem. Because we are sure that mentioned plugin will cause the issue even with the default WooCommerce theme http://prntscr.com/t9cck9 .

IE is completely out of date browser that does not support well modern CSS styles like inline-flex, max-width and many others. That’s why you have those issues.

I have added custom styles to make it work in IE but I don’t have good words for this browser, you know ? Check now, please.

Also, I have edited the contacts header builder element and added links for the email and phone. Check them.

Page that you provided is not set as the shop page in WooCommerce > Settings > Products, you set the different page there http://sana-candles.ro/magazin/ as the main shop page. So, edit the menu (Appearance > Menus) remove that shop page and add the correct one to the menu.
