Woocommerce Checkout cart is not displaying the email field

Out of no were the the email field from my internal manual order processor is not displaying the plugin was not updated wen this happen i need help this not sure what happen.

Hello Is an internal plugin that we use to run orders and it has been working fine with out the updates I tough that it needed the updates so I updated the plugins but the problem is still there, the plugin is from IgniteWoo and the plugin is WooCommerce Phone Orders & Manual Orders and the other images are showing that is a theme issue
