    Hello,

    That’s not the margin, that’s the padding of the columns https://gyazo.com/16fc9dc02bb5c23e18812999d90a82a5 Edit the columns and set right, left padding to 0 at the design tab if you don’t want to have it. Do you know how to edit the row and column padding, margins using WPBakery settings? Or you need additional screenshots?

    Hello,

    Because your image is 200px height but you stretch it to 300px using custom CSS https://prnt.sc/tfgjou So, image looks blurred. Use the crop option of the woocommerce plugin (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product images > crop) if you want to get the squared images, don’t use that custom.

    Hello,

    Shortcode of the contact form is different than you used https://prnt.sc/tfgdq6
    I see the error in the red border. It means that something is wrong with your mail server https://contactform7.com/faq/i-get-an-error-message-with-a-red-border-so-how-can-i-solve-this/
    I would suggest you contact your host for support. They may be able to check the error logs to find out the reason for the failure. We can do nothing with this because it’s not related to theme files or theme settings.

    Hello,

    That drop-down is HTML “select” element and it’s OS-dependent and is not part of the HTML/browser. It cannot be styled via CSS. If you want to change the displaying of the selects on your site you can do this only using third-party replacement plug-ins/libraries, by additional customization.

    Hello,

    You did not provide us with your cPanel user to allow us to try if it’s possible to use it for the FTP.
    If you do not know how to create FTP contact with your hosting provider, they will help you. Also, ask your hosting provider to give you server error log and share it with us.

    Hello,

    These tabs are not theme custom tabs. I suppose you use the third-party plugin to add them, so you need to ask plugin author about this.

    Hello,

    WP Dashboard access is ok.
    All the bundled plugins are up to date. There is no plugins to update.
    We prefer to work with the FTP to avoid problems. And don’t forget to provide server error logs to find out what causes the 500 error. Do you still get it?

    Hello,

    It seems that you use some custom post type, not the page and image does not appear there even with the default WordPress theme https://prnt.sc/tfb8sn So, contact CartFlows plugin support to find out why Elementor does not show the images on their Step.

    Hello,

    Shipping and payment gateways are default WooCommerce options. Our theme does not have any additional settings for this and should not affect it. Could you, please, go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate default WooCommerce theme – Storefront and check if you have the same issue when the default theme is enabled. Keep in mind that after theme switching widgets could be messed up and you may need to move them to necessary areas after switching back to XStore.

    Hello,

    I have passed your comments about TTFB to our developers but they don’t have quick solution to improve it, unfortunately. They will work on its improvements in updates but we don’t have an estimated time of the release of these things.
    We are ready to give you refund if you decide to change theme.

    Hello,

    It does not depend on the theme and we don’t have any special options for this. So, we would recommend preparing images before uploading them to your media library using the graphic editor (Photoshop or any other) and make them the same size and the same zoom to have a nice-looking grid.

    Hello,

    1) I have checked your site using Safari and don’t see issues with the parallax image https://gyazo.com/08023a6647364ea1def940235115c349
    Besides the parallax image option is the default Elementor option, it’s not our theme option. So, you may switch theme and check how it works with the default WP theme.

    2) Unfortunately, it also does not depend on our theme because Elementor scripts make the the row full width. If you enable the default theme (Storefront for example) and check the page you’ll see the same. It would better to address these questions to the Elementor plugin author.

    We are able to help with our theme options or our theme custom Elementor elements https://prnt.sc/tf9dgo

    Hello,

    1)Try to add also the following code to align titles

    .content-product .product-title {
        line-height: 2.5ex;
        min-height: 5ex;
    }

    2) To change the border color go to Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop Elements > Variation Swatches > https://prnt.sc/tf8png

    Hello,

    Thank you for contacting us and for using our theme.
    We can help you with update to latest version. After that you’ll be able to update theme by yourself using auto-update option.

    We could do the update in 2 ways:
    1) Most safe. Create staging site (full copy of the existing) and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging site. We’ll update staging site. You’ll check that everything is ok after update and we’ll update production site after that. If something is wrong we’ll fix the issues (if they are related to our theme, not to third-party plugins or customization that you maybe made) and once everything is ok also update the production.

    2) You do the backup of existing site and provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access. We’ll update theme and bundled plugins on your production site. You check if everything is ok.

    Choose the way most suitable for you and let’s proceed with the update.

    Hello,

    If I were you, I would check and optimize the images, not fonts. Compare result https://prnt.sc/tetccs of the loading font and png image that you used for this product https://www.shoparzo.com/product/child-of-war-t-shirt-2/

    Change the format of the image from png to jpg and optimize using Tinypng.

    Hello,

    Contact your hosting provider to find out how to clear the cache on your site http://prntscr.com/tena6f I don’t see the mentioned code on the page. So either you did not add it correctly or you did not clear the cache to apply changes.
    I don’t have access to your WP Dashboard that’s why I can’t give you any other detailed instructions.

    Hello,

    Actually, it should not call any theme files if another theme is active. Anyway, we have added an additional check for XStore Core plugin functions to prevent calling xstore theme functions if XStore theme is disabled. Also, you can try to disable the XStore core plugin once you got the error again and check if the disabling of the plugin helps you.

    Hello,

    You are welcome.
    I manually imported the Essential grid because it does not support the auto-import and chose the correct slider in the Revolution slider element setting on the page.

    Hello,

    Look, we made changes on your site to fix the issue for you but you need to understand these changes have not included yet to the latest version of the theme and core plugin available on ThemeForest. So, either don’t update your theme and plugin till we release the new update or wait for the new update that will include your fix.

    Hello,

    The first font is the font of icons that used in our theme http://prntscr.com/telf4p It’s not possible to disable it or remove because then all these icons will be missing then.
    The second font is the main font (Lato) that you use on your site from Typography options. If you remove that font then your site visitors will see the other font instead of the Lato.
