    Hello,

Try to disable third-party plugins that do not come bundled with our theme https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/36-included-plugins . Let me know about the results. If it does not help then provide us with temporary access to your WP Dashboard and FTP.

    Regards

    Hello Rose,

I tried to checked the plugin, but i am not sure that’s their reasons. By the way, one week ago, i met the problem “Topic: Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined”, and you sent me the frontend.js file and asked me re-upload it, i fixed it. Maybe it is still this problem ?

Thank you in advance for your help!

    Hello,

We checked your site using desktop and mobile and did not face the mentioned issue https://gyazo.com/d65897b4c3c5075a0b0e18e02abb60d9

You are using Cloudflare and I suppose that your issue was related to CDN cache. We would recommend clearing cache always after the update.

    Regards

    2. do not click “subscribe us” button

    3. entry single product page, and the problem appear.

For second link, my operations like below :

    3. entry single product page, and then click “ADD TO CART” button, and the problem appear.

    Hello,

It seems issue was caused by the following option https://prnt.sc/tcsin6
I have disabled it and everything works fine. Our theme comes with a built-in Lazy loading option for the product images, so custom carousel may conflict with the third-party Lazy loading options, keep it disabled.

    Hello Olga,

Unfortunately, i checked it again, it also still there. Today i remembered that i just open the “variation gallery” option before i found this problem, so i tried turn it off https://prnt.sc/tdg4go, https://prnt.sc/tdg4su, and then the second swiper arrow disappear. So i can be sure that it is a problem with this setting option. Does that means that i can not use this option? Is that a bug or it appear because of some of my mistakes? Could you verify, please? Because i need use this option.

    Thank you,
    Best Regards,

    Hello,

We need FTP access, not cPanel. We have edited the FTP user that you provided using cPanel but please, next time just provide correct FTP because we don’t speak French and it’s difficult to navigate via cPanel because of this.

    Hello,

Please, log in to your Cloudflare account http://prntscr.com/tdydjg to allow us to rear Cloudflare cache because we don’t see our changes in js files.

    Hello Olga,

Yes, Cloudflare setting is ok. Actually you can do it in WP Rocket for Cloudflare, https://prnt.sc/te1d2p, but it doesn’t matter, i closed Cloudflare Add-on in WP Rocket and do well the Cloudflare setting for you. You can check it.
