Hello,

1) ?wc-ajax=get_refreshed_fragments is the default WooCommerce request to update cart in header and also wishlist. Unfortunately, theme does not have options to speed it up. You can read this topic and maybe find any solution suitable for you https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wc-ajaxget_refreshed_fragments-5/
Or you can disable Ajax Cart Fragments.

2) Username is incorrect, so can’t log in to check where you use that font-family http://prntscr.com/tr7sdv

3) Ajax search results depend on the server response time and on the DB optimized structure.
We have predictive search and while you typing the keyword it sends the requests and if you continue typing it cancels the previous requests and finishes the only one – final.

We would like to help you to improve the site speed but unfortunately, individual site optimization is outside the scope of our support. You can submit an optimization request to the WPKraken team – experts of the optimization.

If you think that our theme is not suitable for you because of its speed we can give you refund https://themeforest.net/refund_requests/new

Hello,

Take a look at the documentation here https://github.com/SpiderLabs/ModSecurity/wiki/Reference-Manual#SecResponseBodyLimit By default this limit is configured to 512 KB, anything over this limit will be rejected with status code 500 (Internal Server Error). You’ll need to ask your hosting provider to increase the limit to fix the problem.
This should resolve the issue.

Also, we can’t connect to your WP Dashboard and FTP any more to check what limit you have and try to disable our modules. So, try the first solution and reply back with the correct access if you increase the limit but it still does not work.

Hello,

Our developers are in process. The problem is a little bit more complicated than we expected. We need 2-3 days more. Please, don’t update theme or core plugin because our developers are working on the issue.

Hello,

1) We don’t have such option in our theme. YOu may look for additional plugins that allow to add labels for the products.

2) Add the below code to Theme Options > Custom CSS

span.onsale.with-percentage:after {
    content: 'off';
    padding-left: 2px;
}

Hello,

1) So, everything works fine with the Storefront but does not work with our theme, right?
4) In the plugins list XStore Core plugin should be available but it’s not there. + I don’t see XStore in the WP Menu http://prntscr.com/tqn4ob

Please, ask your hosting provider to increase the body response limits.

Our theme has a lot of options, so it seems you have limits for this on your server.

4) http://prntscr.com/tqk4f3 did you use the nulled version of theme? Theme Options are not available. Probably you made some changes in DB. We are not responsible for issues you might have because of this.
