    Hello,

Contact your hosting provider support and ask the server error logs and fix the errors related to server settings/limits. Provide us also with the error logs. We suppose that your server has some limits and it causes the 500 error in the Customizer.
All the other content was imported.

    Hello,

Then contact Elementor Pro plugin support for the detailed information on how to do this. Read plugin documentation.
It’s not related to our theme. Our support is able to help with issues related strictly to our theme files and options.

    Hello,

Yes, sure. You can do this in Theme Options > WooCommerce > Product Image > change the size of the thumbnails from 300 to 450. Use Regenerate thumbnails plugin to regenerate images and apply changes if it does not happen automatically.

Besides, take my congratulation on such a nice site. It’s so clean and wonderful at the same time ?

    Hello,

Depending on the site size you may try Duplicator plugin to move site from one domain to another one.

You may keep the dev site activated and deactivate it once you move your site successfully to the new domain. After moving site to new domain you need to deactivate the license on domain 1 and activate it again to avoid problems with the future updates.

    Hello,

Unfortunately, did not study this question, so don’t have a helpful answer, sorry. Try to check the other discount price plugins and ask plugin author about this option before plugin installation/purchasing.

    Hello,

    1) Swatches order depends on the backend order of the terms, there is not option to change the order of the variation swatches depending on customer selection.

    2) WooCommerce does not have the option to show single variations on the grid by default. You may try additional plugin for these purposes, for example https://woocommerce.com/products/products-by-attributes-variations-for-woocommerce/ but we did not test it with our theme, so can’t guarantee that it’s 100% compatible.

    3) Nope, WooCommerce does not offer such option out of box.

    Hello,

Ok, we’ll add the Static Block WPBakery element in the next theme update.
If you want to disable our Static Blocks feature you can do this from Theme Options > General.

    Hello,

Sorry, but we found that if Rank Math SEO plugin is enabled then the error appears and everything works fine when it’s disabled. And when we tried to disable the plugin we got timeout error http://prntscr.com/tqho7t So, contact plugin developers.

    Hello,

Fix the server errors first and check if it helps. Our support can help you with the errors related to theme files but not to server settings, sorry. Your hosting provider support should be able to help you with that.

In addition, you have PHP memory limit error http://prntscr.com/tqgzk7 So, increase the memory limit because it seems that Elementor requires a lot of memory to save the changes.

Also, disable all the third-party plugins that you don’t really use. Every additional plugin uses the server resources.

    Hello,

    1) We don’t use get_currentuserinfo in our theme, so this notice does no come from our theme or core plugin.
    2) What version of Ultimate_VC_Addons plugin do you use? And dod you use Ultimate_VC_Addons plugin elemenets on your site or just keep the plugin enabled just in case?
    3) Go to Appearance > Themes > install and activate the Storefront theme. Test if WooCommerce dynamic pricing plugin works fine when the official WooCommerce theme is enabled. If not then contact plugin author.

    Hello,

    1) There are only settings for the column and option for the row to stretch it but for all the devices, not for some of them. There are no other settings.

    2) Block with the mentioned text is too small http://prntscr.com/tqgjek and there is no space to show the text without moving to the right. We would recommend you to show 1 slider per view http://prntscr.com/tqgit7 for the mobile devices http://prntscr.com/tqgjzp

4/ What page are you trying to edit while getting that error? Provide us with link.
Because I tried to duplicate the element on the Parallax page and did not face any problems http://prntscr.com/tqgdf4

5/ You have a number of errors related to server settings and permissions. Contact your hosting provider to fix them.

    Hello,

We were able to log in but once we go to Dashboard we get 403 error http://prntscr.com/tqg88b
Contact your hosting provider and ask them to remove blocking for the non-Spanish countries to allow us to log in.

Also, default slider element uses the image as background image with cover bg-size. It means that image will be cut off to cover whole the slider area. If you want to avoid this we would recommend you choose the Revolution slider element to create slider.

    Hello,

    1) Thank you.
    2) What about server error logs?
    3) I see that the WPBakery plugin is already installed. Do you use it in combination with Elementor? Or it can be removed?

    Hello,

    1) Are you trying to edit the shop page or Menu page? Because menu page was created using WPBakery and you can’t edit it using Elementor because it’s 2 different page builders. Provide us with link to page that you are trying to edit, please.

    2) If you try to edit the shop page did you try to enable the default WooCommerce theme (Storefront) and check if you have that error message? You can install and activate that official theme via Appearance > Themes > add new > search for Storefront. Try editing with the storefront and let us know about the results.
