    Hi there,

I’ve followed the guide here (https://xstore.helpscoutdocs.com/article/97-support-of-the-woocommerce-additional-variation-images-plugin)

However, it doesn’t seem to be working on my website, has this changed at all?

    Hello,

We can’t connect to your FTP to check the files you added to child theme http://prntscr.com/tr7k5n Please, check the FTP access and provide the correct one.

    Regards

I’ve just double checked the login details on my end and they seem to be working okay for me. I’m using WinSCP to connect.

Looking at your screenshot maybe try TLS? I don’t know if that might help.

I’m just using the plain option

Just checked on Google and someone suggests this?

Edit > Settings > Connection > FTP > Look at Transfer Mode (change passive to active )

    Maybe it will work

    Hello,

Unfortunately, we have already tried that and it did not work http://prntscr.com/tra361
Are you sure about your host? Maybe provide IP instead of the domain name?

    Regards

Very weird, yes, that is the host we use.

I’ve copied the IP too in the private content.

Just tried the IP on my system and it works too

    Hi there…

I’ve just checked the site and it seems like it is working at the moment, so, I guess you managed to get into the site which is great! What was it that I was missing?

I had one other question, I am using ‘Woocommerce Page Builder’ (WPBakery) and the slider doesn’t work when I use one of the product page templates.

I assume this is because I am missing the template? We have created, could you possibly guide me on what to add to make it compatible? Thank you so much.

    Hi there,

I have just double checked the login information and it seems to be working for me.

I’ve also just reset the password again, could you let me know if you can get it?

We have ‘WP File Manager’ installed on the site, maybe this could be a workaround for the FTP problem that we’re having?

    Hello,

Did you ask WooCommerce Page Builder plugin author about this issue? Because the product slider does not work even with the default theme https://gyazo.com/338e48e7db2ffbf5ef02b6d938bfd6b9

    Regards

I hadn’t yet, as I though it may be a theme problem.

We used your theme before and had the exact same problem (thumbnails being listed vertically and not functioning), but we were never able to nail down the plugin.

This was a new plugin we never used before and the problem was pretty much identical. Have you ever come across something similar before?

    Hello,

Yes, thanks. If they make it works with the default theme but you still have the issues with our theme then feel free to contact us. We’ll check if could do anything.

Thanks, we actually ended up getting rid of the plugin and using a different one 🙂
