Demo content error - by SUPERDRE - on WordPress WooCommerce support

The wp panel prompts that all content has been successfully imported, but it seems to be inconsistent with the demo page I saw. The top page seems ok but from the middle to the bottom it´s like some content didnt load properly.

Hello,

1) Could you, please, provide us with temporary WP Dashboard access to your site to check it? Because you use the maintenance mode http://prntscr.com/tqdxer and we don’t see the issue.

2) What demo version did you install?

Dont understand, do you mean the background image should be with black transparency instead of white transparenchy? is that why my images are not showing?

The demo image has .png format http://prntscr.com/tsno86 and is used as a half-transparent mask.

ok, but if i made that the file size is like 1500 Mb. .PNG 24 with transparency
How your size is 125 K ?
